This policy explains what personal data is collected on this website, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we collect
Only the data you enter in the forms: name, phone or mobile number, email and information about the property or what you are looking for (for example location, bedrooms, size, condition, budget and timeframe). We do not ask for sensitive data.
What we use the data for
To answer your request: contacting you, preparing the valuation of your property or presenting properties that match what you are looking for. The data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before.
Who the data is shared with
Requests are delivered by email through the Resend service and the website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data only to provide that service and may be located outside the European Union, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on any resulting deal. If there is no deal, the data is deleted at most 2 years after the last contact.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to emiliamiranda@remax.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies and visit measurement
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores preferences in your browser (language and night mode) and, during your visit, your answers to the valuation questionnaire so they are not lost. Visits are measured in an aggregated, anonymous way, without cookies.
